Corona Update

Liebe Freunde,

hiermit möchten wir uns gerne bei euch aus aktuellem Anlass melden und euch updaten. Wie ihr euch wahrscheinlich denken könnt, ist auch unser kleines Festival durch die Pandemie bedroht. Wir sind nicht sicher, ob es stattfinden kann. Nach den letzten Zahlen zum Thema Großveranstaltung liegen wir weit darunter. Trotzdem fragen wir uns, ob wir es verantworten können und auch wollen.

Wir möchten euch noch um etwas Geduld bitten, denn wir wollen noch bis Anfang Juni warten mit der Entscheidung. Im Moment haben wir unser Programm und unsere Künstler*innen für 2020 zusammengestellt und gefunden! Sollte das Festival nicht stattfinden, planen wir das Programm, so gut es geht ins Jahr 2021 zu übernehmen. Wir möchten es aber erst veröffentlichen, wenn wir wissen, wann wir es in die reale Welt umsetzen können. Wir sind alle gerade unsicher, genau wie ihr wahrscheinlich, in diesen Zeiten. Unser kleines Festival liegt uns sehr am Herzen und wir hatten uns gefreut unsere 8. Ausgabe mit Euch zu feiern.  Nach reichlicher Überlegung und Diskurs im Team, ist es für uns momentan keine Option eine digitale Variante des Festivals zu planen, da dies nicht unserer Philosophie und der Vision des Festivals entspricht. Es sind noch 4 Monate bis August. Wenn uns diese Zeit eines lehrt, dann dass in kurzer Zeit sehr viel passieren kann. Wir halten euch auf dem Laufenden!

Dear friends,

we would like to contact you on this occasion and update you. As you can probably imagine, our little festival is also threatened by the pandemic. We are not sure if it can take place. According to the latest figures about major events, we are far below that. Nevertheless, we ask ourselves whether we can and are willing to answer for it.

We would like to ask you for a little more patience, because we want to wait until the beginning of June to decide. We have already put together and found our program and our artists for 2020! If the festival does not take place, we plan to take over the program as far as possible in 2021. However, we only want to publish it when we know when we can implement it in the real world. We are all insecure right now, just like you probably are in these times. Our little festival is very important to us and we were happy to celebrate our 8th edition with you. After much deliberation and discourse in the team, it is currently not an option for us to plan a digital version of the festival, as this does not correspond to our philosophy and the vision of the festival. There are still 4 months until August. If this time teaches us one thing, then a lot can happen in a short time. We will keep you up to date!
